Trustul CRE

We started our business in 2004, willing to change the building ideas that existed on the local real estate market. We were eager to change the real estate market by bringing out front a new lifestyle, a new way of building and investing in Cluj.

A year ahead of our official entry into the European Union, we thought the time has come for Cluj to witness residential areas and districts that offer living conditions comparable to the ones in European countries. This effort is related not only to the way the inhabitants of these new residential areas will live, but also to the way our community will choose to build its future in a civilized urban manner.

Through Dora Park and Bella Park, our past projects, we intended to create value for Cluj residents. Our projects became districts and then real communities, and brought us the confirmation that our values and vision were right for Cluj.

The success of these residential developments brought a new project to the table. We decided to expand one of our projects – Bella Park – The Extension represents a similar residential development of the deluxe district Bella Park, the third important investment of Trustul CRE on Transylvania’s real estate market.
